Keep in mind that along with no alcohol, most of these recipes do not contain any dairy products, meaning those with lactose intolerance won’t have to worry about becoming ill by consuming these drinks. Another thing to keep in mind is the type of CBD product you choose. While oil-based products can mix up well with warm beverages that contain plant or animal fats (think almond milk), they will eventually separate. This process occurs more quickly with cold, water-based drinks, so you may want to consider whether you prefer alcohol- or water-based tincture you can mix with the drink of your choice or enjoy the earthy taste of cannabis oil as it floats to the top. If you constantly get headaches after consuming caffeine, drinking a matcha latte may be the best alternative for you. Add in a little bit of CBD oil, and you can get the energy you need without the headache afterward.
Ingredients
- 1 t matcha powder
- 1 c almond milk of your choice
- 1 t honey
- 1/2 t CBD oil
- 1/4 c hot water
Instructions
- Add the matcha powder, hot water, and honey to your mug.
- Whisk together until the powder has completely dissolved.
- Heat your almond milk to a slow simmer.

Ingredients
- 1 c white wine vinegar
- 1 c water
- 1 oz CBD tincture
- 3/4 c honey
- 3 T dried rose petals
- 3 T dried hibiscus
- 1/4 c sliced ginger
- 20 oz carbonated water
Instructions
- Pour the water, vinegar, and ginger into a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the hibiscus and rose petals.
- Put the heat on very low and add the honey.
- Stir the mixture and take it off of the heat.
- Let it cool off for an hour.
- Before serving, pour five ounces of carbonated water into an 8-ounce cocktail glass. Then add the rest of the beverage mixture to the glass and your CBD tincture and stir to combine.

Sangrias tend to be shared among people, and if you have other people in your life who could use a boost, this CBD Sangria may be a great choice to please a crowd.
Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 1 c cranberry juice
- ½ c orange juice
- Ice cubes
- 3 c of red grape juice
- 2 c of CBD-infused sparkling water
- CBD tincture (lemon-flavored, if you want)
Instructions
- Slice the citrus fruits into wheels and place all but four into a pitcher.
- Cut the apple into chunks and add to the pitcher.
- Add the rest of the above ingredients to the pitcher and mix together.

- 1 c plain Greek yogurt (plant-based if you prefer)

- 1 peach, diced
