Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Toss pork with orange juice, lime zest and juice, garlic, onion, cumin, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker or Dutch oven.
  2. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or until it falls apart.

  4. Serve in warm tortillas with fresh salsa and a sprinkle of cilantro.
