If you’re looking for a quick way to get your fruits and vegetables in before you work out, consider making this carrot orange juice to drink throughout the week. It goes well with almost any breakfast and gives you vital nutrients.

To make this, you’ll need:
- 2 c carrots (about 4–6 large carrots)
- 2 large, peeled oranges
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 c water
- 2 t full-spectrum CBD oil
Instructions
For a juicer:
- Begin juicing with a carrot and alternate your hard and soft ingredients until your juice is done.
- Add in your water, lemon juice, and CBD oil. Stir well.
- If the juice is too tart, add 1/4 cup more water.
- Pour over ice into a glass and enjoy.
For a blender:
- Chop your carrots into small slices, then combine all of your ingredients into your blender.
- Blend on the highest setting until your juice looks thin.
- Pour your juice over a mesh strainer, allowing the juice to fall into a cup below it.
- If the juice is too tart, add 1/4 cup more water. Then, stir well.
- Add ice and enjoy.
