This classic take on a strawberry banana smoothie is the perfect way to get your protein and fuel so you can fill up before being active.

To make this, you’ll need:
- 1 peeled banana
- 1 c frozen strawberries
- 1/2 c Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (Vanilla, chocolate, or plain works best)
- 1/2 c ice
- 1/2 t full-spectrum CBD oil
- A pinch of honey
- A splash of coconut water or unflavored water (to help it blend)
Instructions
- Combine all of your ingredients in a blender, making sure that you add a small amount of water to ensure it can blend well.
- Protein powder tends to make shakes thick. If you want your smoothie to be thinner, add more water until you’ve reached the texture you like.
- Blend all of your ingredients for at least 60 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency.
