There’s nothing better than a great peanut butter shake. This recipe combines the delicious flavors of peanut butter while incorporating a variety of protein-packed ingredients into your beverage.

To make this, you’ll need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 T peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 T oats
  • 1/2 c milk
  • A drizzle of honey
  • 1 t full-spectrum CBD oil
  • 1/2 c ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend together on high until smooth. 
  2. Adjust your milk to reach your desired consistency. 
  3. If you have trouble blending, consider adding more milk or a bit of Greek yogurt.
  4. Enjoy!
