To make this, you’ll need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 T peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 T oats
- 1/2 c milk
- A drizzle of honey
- 1 t full-spectrum CBD oil
- 1/2 c ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and blend together on high until smooth.
- Adjust your milk to reach your desired consistency.
- If you have trouble blending, consider adding more milk or a bit of Greek yogurt.
