Ingredients

To make this, you’ll need:

  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 peeled carrot (medium-sized)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 c mango (use frozen if you want a thicker texture)
  • 1/2 c coconut water
  • A pinch of grated ginger
  • 1/2 t full-spectrum CBD oil
  • 1/2 t turmeric
  • 1/2 c ice

Instructions

  1. Make sure each of your fruits and vegetables are peeled properly.
  2. Combine all of your ingredients and your ice in a blender. Pulse them together a few times before setting your equipment to a medium-high blend for at least 60 seconds.
  3. If you’re having trouble blending, add a splash of coconut water and ice. 
  4. Once it reaches the texture you like, pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
