To make this, you’ll need:
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 peeled carrot (medium-sized)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 c mango (use frozen if you want a thicker texture)
- 1/2 c coconut water
- A pinch of grated ginger
- 1/2 t full-spectrum CBD oil
- 1/2 t turmeric
- 1/2 c ice
Instructions
- Make sure each of your fruits and vegetables are peeled properly.
- Combine all of your ingredients and your ice in a blender. Pulse them together a few times before setting your equipment to a medium-high blend for at least 60 seconds.
- If you’re having trouble blending, add a splash of coconut water and ice.
- Once it reaches the texture you like, pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
