Ingredients
Scale
- 2 c milk (almond or coconut are preferred)
- 1 t coconut oil
- 1 t turmeric
- 1/2 t Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 t honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 t ginger powder OR 1-inch strip of fresh ginger
- 1 t vanilla extract
- A pinch of black pepper, clove, and nutmeg
- Your choice of CBD Oil
Instructions
- Add your milk, vanilla extract, and spices into a saucepan on low heat.
- Heat these ingredients for ten minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat, pour into your mug, and add your preferred amount of CBD oil.
- Stir well and enjoy!
Notes
Honey or maple syrup can add sweetness if this is how you prefer your drinks.
