Ingredients
- For the cucumber-ginger simple syrup, you’ll need:
- 1 cucumber
- 10 slices ginger
- 3 c sugar
- 1 cup of water
To create the rest of the drink, you’ll need:
- 1.5 oz cucumber-ginger simple syrup (above)
- 5 oz sparkling water of your choice
- 1 t CBD tincture
Instructions
To make the simple syrup, begin by slicing the cucumber. Put your slices and your ginger slices in a bowl. Next, create a simple syrup by bringing the water and sugar to boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir your mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved. Once this happens, take this syrup and pour it over the cucumber and ginger. Let this mixture stand for about two hours. After two hours have passed, strain the mixture and chill.
When you are ready to prepare your mocktail in the evening, mix about 1.5 oz of this mix with about 5 oz of sparkling water. Add your CBD and stir slowly. Sip as fast as you want and enjoy!
