- 1 c whole milk
- 1 t lavender
- ¼ t vanilla extract
- ½ t honey
- CBD Oil
Instructions
- Add your milk to a saucepan and warm it up over medium heat.
- Once the milk begins to steam, which occurs after about two minutes, add one teaspoon of lavender.
- Stir this mixture for about one minute.
- Cover the pan, take it off of the heat, and let the milk steep with the lavender for around three minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a mug, strain and lavender buds you see, and add your vanilla, honey, and CBD Oil.
- Stir this mixture and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure you don’t let the milk boil or burn. This may mean you need to keep your heat low and allot a bit of extra time to make your drink. Also, if you’re vegan or lactose intolerant, you can switch out the whole milk for milk of your choice.
