Description
Lavender and chocolate have long been used to help with relaxation, with the latter having been shown to reduce stress. Naturally, grouping these two ingredients with CBD can improve your sleep by helping you fully relax.
Ingredients

- 1 c almond milk
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 1 T maple syrup
- ½ t vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- ¼ t dried lavender flowers
- ½ t CBD oil
Instructions
- Using a small saucepan, heat the almond milk until it’s warm.
- Whisk in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, sea salt, and lavender flowers.
- Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the CBD oil.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!

While lavender and chocolate are a unique combination we love that adds an extra punch of sleep-inducing benefits, unique isn’t for everyone. You can stir your CBD oil right into a mug of hot chocolate if that better suits your tastes.
