If you’re an athlete or perform physical work daily, a CBD power shake may give you the strength necessary to get through the day. You may not have the time to craft a high-quality breakfast, but the following shake is easy and quick to make.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 whole banana
- 1 t honey
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 c rolled oats
- 1/2 c Greek yogurt
- 5 drops of CBD tincture
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend all of the ingredients until your drink reaches a smooth consistency.
- Enjoy!
Notes
If you’d prefer a slushy consistency, you can add ice cubes. You can also substitute the yogurt for an alternative ingredient if desired.
