Work days can be lengthy and tiring, but an energizing CBD smoothie may give you the boost you need.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 c spinach
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1 T almond butter
- 1 t CBD tincture
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all of the above ingredients except the CBD into a blender and blend until smooth.
- To adjust the consistency, add more almond milk after the first blend.
- When the drink is at the consistency you like, pour it into a glass. Then, add your CBD and enjoy!
