If you constantly get headaches after consuming caffeine, drinking a matcha latte may be the best alternative for you. Add in a little bit of CBD oil, and you can get the energy you need without the headache afterward.

- 1 t matcha powder
- 1 c almond milk of your choice
- 1 t honey
- 1/2 t CBD oil
- 1/4 c hot water
Instructions
- Add the matcha powder, hot water, and honey to your mug.
- Whisk together until the powder has completely dissolved.
- Heat your almond milk to a slow simmer.
- Pour the milk into the mug, mix everything together, and then stir in the CBD oil.
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can also add coconut butter to enhance the flavor if you’d like, and this can be done during step 1. If you don’t have a whisk, you can give the drink a quick spin in a blender or frother as an alternative.
